Analysis
Each project starts with a comprehensive analysis of the client’s expectations and discussions on the scope and sequence of project execution. We then assign a point of contact who is responsible for managing the client expectations, milestone setting, and the overall execution of the project deliverables.
Design
At the design stage, we start with a general outline—a strong and robust design results in greater layout and implementation of the content. We encourage clients to view mockups of frameworks built by our design teams. Additionally, we simulate the overall user experience in the design stage.
Develop
After the teams have established a design structure that meets the client’s expectations, the development team starts developing the storyboards and transcripts for each module. Storyboards are developed under the guidance of our Instructional Designers. The storyboards are sent to the client for review.
Review
Prior to handing over any client deliverable, the QA team ensures that the content meets the required quality standards. The Internal quality audit focuses on technical and editorial checks that include bias reviews.
The goal is to ensure alignment to prescribed standards and overall adherence to style guide.
Deploy
The project point of contact also ensures that the deliverables are handed over to the client at the appropriate end in time. Any change in schedule is promptly communicated to the clients, and changes are mutually signed off.
We are also responsible for integrating the content to the client learning management systems.
