  We require A Content Expert who has proven expertise in handling curriculum standards in Science. Prior Working Experience With A Publishing Company Will Be Preferred
  
  Main Qualifiers Will Include
  
  

• The ability to write compelling content storyboards for interactive lessons and to guide a team of authors to do the tasks.
• The willingness to adapt to and create content for courses at the level of creativity specified by the Instructional Designer benchmarks, which would be constantly revised and raised
• You should have written Lesson Plans and Classroom Assignments
• A clear understanding of the DOK levels – what constitutes the difference between different DOK levels?
• Ability to keep track of the issues, resolution, and progress for individual members of the content and assessment team and of individual projects.
• The willingness to participate in brain storming sessions with the Instructional Designers, Project head, and the Core Team.
• The willingness to design and initiate training sessions as required for the team and individual members
• A keen eye for spotting errors and a high regard for the QA process (should have a personal stake in the QA).


• Desired Skills & Experience


• Have demonstrable exposure and preferably, experience in developing and depicting creativity in designing instructional content in Physics/Chemistry or Biology, to enhance the learning experience of students.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills as a reviewer of Content
• Ability to speak to a range of audiences including client stakeholders, instructional designers, development team members, and other subject matter experts.

Direct Report: VP – International Markets

Experience: 4-5 years.

Preferred : In class teaching experience.
