The OLT division provides the tutoring market the option of extending its services to the “practice field,” of academics. It is a great way to control how a student practices what has previously been taught through in-person tutoring. It’s an extension, or a prescription, of what in-person tutors would like to have their students practice in training, or practice drills, so that the best results can be achieved. OLT succeeds for various reasons. One of them is the fact that it is relatively inexpensive. It sets up many different ways to have students work more hours on given subject matter, under the best possible guidance. This is thanks mainly to the fact that students have their own tutors at their disposal electronically.
